FUN HOUSE a large-scale, unruly collision of comedy, music, dance, drag, spectacle and theatrical chaos. Think The Muppet Show on acid.
This year, audiences enter a warped fun house built for a world increasingly obsessed with frictionless living, virtual experience and keeping our messy human bodies at a safe distance. What begins as entertainment gets stranger, wetter and harder to control as a large ensemble of Victoria artists takes over Fellowship Hall with original music, clown, dance, satire and theatrical mayhem.

At our inception in 2004, Atomic Vaudeville sought to be a voice of the city. Since then, we have worked with more than 400 local and visiting artists, creating a network of theatre practitioners across the country. AV is instrumental to the ongoing support and mentorship of contemporary voices emerging from the Victoria community, having mentored and platformed artists like JIMBO the Drag Clown (RuPaul’s Drag Race), Ingrid Hansen (Jim Henson Company puppeteer), and Shirley Gnome (Juno Award nominee).
